The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world’s largest professional organization committed to the advancement of technological innovation and excellence to benefit all of humanity. The IEEE student chapter at IIT was founded in March 2015. The organization helps in providing opportunities to network and create a fellowship in the said industry. The IEEE student branch is known to organize Hackathons, workshops and guest lecturers for the students in the campus.
